Henri IV Enters Paris, March 22, 1594

Henri is riding into Paris, wearing his characteristic hat and white plume. He is surrounded by fully armed soldiers on foot (note that most men-at-arms these days are wearing thigh high leather boots instead of leg armor), and flanked by a couple of riders. The procession is headed towards Notre Dame in the background.
